There's no use in being polite...I already know some of you hate English.

I'm not going to try and change your mind. Okay who are we kidding? Of course I am going to try to change your mind. Every single day.
Some days it'll work, other days it won't. The only thing I ask is that you tell me when you're struggling and I'll help you fight through it.
