A Framework for Literary Analysis:

In this class, we will be examine literature through a variety of lenses. For example, early on in the semester we might focus on the plot of a novel, and later in the semester we might be more concerned with the depiction of historical artifacts in the  novel instead of the plot. 

As we expand our scope and begin to examine literature through a variety of perspectives keep in mind the following six concepts:
